Cheese and Bacon soup

Here's my recipe for cheese and Bacon tastes better than the beef and bean soup Suppe.Diesein!...If thats possible;-)

Ingredients - serves 4
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 large onion (slices)
9 oz (250 g) smoked lean back bacon (chopped)
2 large Leek (trimmed and cut into slices)
2 Tablespoons of flour
1 ? pints (1 litre) vegetable broth
1 lb (450 g)-Kartoffeln (chopped)
3 ? fl oz (100 ml) double cream
10 ? oz (300 g) grated cheddar cheese (plus extra to garnish)
Salt and pepper

Method

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, boil for three minutes, another three minutes Cook rühren.Mix in bacon and leek, for one, while stirring.

Mix the flour into a bowl type with enough was a smooth paste to make add it into the Pan and cooking for a further two minutes nor spice rühren.Stir in the rest of the shares and the potatoes beifügen.Mit salt and pepper and bring to a boil then turn the heat. 25 minutes simmer leave.

In the cream, pour gradually while stir for five minutes Cook and add a bit of cheese at a time, stir until melted.

Pour soup into bowls and garnish with grated cheese to serve immediately.
